A note on who is writing this

This site belongs to Orbit, a routine runner like Routinery — so we compete with one of these apps and not the other. Everything below comes from each app's App Store listing on 10 September 2026, and we have tried to describe both as their makers do. Our own comparisons are at Orbit vs Routinery and Orbit vs Tiimo.

Different problems, different apps

"Which ADHD app should I use?" usually hides a more useful question: where does your day actually break?

Most comparisons treat them as rivals. They are closer to complements.

Frequently asked

Is Routinery or Tiimo better for ADHD?

They help with different things. Routinery is better if you know your routine but stall between steps — it guides each step with a timer and voice alerts. Tiimo is better if you lose track of the day — it shows the whole day as a visual plan and helps you build it with an AI co-planner.

Can I use Routinery and Tiimo together?

Yes. They overlap little: Tiimo can hold the shape of your day, and Routinery can run the routines inside it, such as the morning or bedtime sequence.

Which works on older iPhones, Routinery or Tiimo?

Routinery supports iOS 15.5 or later, so it runs on older iPhones. Tiimo requires iOS 18 or later, according to their App Store listings on 10 September 2026.
